Speech Therapy Specialist Support for:

Supporting Communication in All Forms

All children develop language. Not all of them develop speech.

We encourage spoken words, gestures, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), writing, or any other means an individual chooses to express themselves.

Enhancing Speech Clarity

We work on sound production and intelligibility so individuals feel confident and easily understood.

Language Growth Across the Lifespan

We help people build skills in understanding and using language for connection, learning, and self-expression.

Social Communication & Connection

We support meaningful relationships, perspective-taking, and authentic social interaction, while respecting different communication styles.

Voice & Fluency

Guiding individuals in using their voices safely and comfortably. For people who stutter, we also work on building confidence, communication ease and self-advocacy skills.

Feeding & Swallowing

We help individuals safely and comfortably participate in mealtimes. This may look like exploring different types of food types and textures, or different modalities of feeding.

Educational Therapy Specialist Support for:

Supporting Learning Across Environments

We value different ways of thinking, processing, and showing knowledge. We help individuals discover strategies that work best for their unique learning style.

Building Foundational Skills

We strengthen areas like attention, memory, organisation, and problem-solving in ways that feel practical and supportive.

Literacy & Numeracy Growth

We guide reading, writing, spelling, and math development with patience and creativity. We honour progress at every pace, celebrating effort and persistence.

Executive Function Support

We work on planning, time management, and flexible thinking skills to make daily life and learning more manageable.

Social & Emotional Wellbeing in Learning

We build self-confidence, resilience, and positive identity as learners by creating safe spaces where mistakes are seen as part of growth.

Assistive Technology & Tools

We introduce and support the use of tools (e.g., text-to-speech, visual organisers, apps) that empower independence.

There has been tremendous improvement in my son’s language and number of communication loops he can make. I’m really thankful for the guidance and encouragement from Isabel and her team.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my child needs Speech Therapy?

Every child grows and learns at their own pace. If you’ve noticed your little one having a hard time being understood, not using as many words as you’d expect, or finding it tricky to connect with others, speech therapy might help. The best first step is a gentle assessment with a speech therapist, who can guide you on whether support is needed.

How do I know if my child needs Educational Therapy?

If your child is putting in effort but still finding reading, writing, math, or attention and focus especially challenging, educational therapy may help. Unlike tutoring, which reviews schoolwork, educational therapy builds the underlying learning skills and strategies your child needs to feel more confident and successful. An assessment is a good first step to see what kind of support would be most helpful.

What happens during a therapy session?

Our therapy is designed to feel like play! For younger children, sessions may include games, toys, songs, or stories. For older kids, therapy might look more like fun activities with a clear purpose. Parents are welcome to join in – the more your child sees you involved, the more natural practice becomes.

How long will my child need therapy?

Every child’s journey is different. Some children make big leaps in just a few months, while others need longer-term support to build skills step by step. Your therapist will keep you updated on progress, celebrate wins with you, and adjust goals along the way so your child always feels encouraged.

What can I do at home to help my child?

You play the most important role in your child’s communication journey. Simple things like talking together during daily routines, modeling new words, and celebrating your child’s efforts make a big difference. Your therapist will share easy tips and strategies so that therapy continues naturally at home.

Can you help train other caregivers, like grandparents or helpers?

Yes! Children make the most progress when everyone in their world is on the same page. We can show caregivers — whether it’s grandparents, siblings, or your family helper — simple ways to support your child’s communication in everyday moments. The goal is to give your child lots of chances to practice skills with the people they love most.
